My Obscenity Case Update

news

The hearing to argue motions for my Obscenity case was November 25th.  My lawyers were pleased, the judge earnestly listened to our arguments to dismiss, I’m not sure what he will do.  It will be hard for him to dismiss because of the controversy, but there is precedent in both directions:  as far as the private consumption of adult products in your own home, there is a split in the appeals courts on this, one ruled against in Pennsylvania for a video, and one ruled last year in favor of a privacy protection in a Texas adult toy case.  But the judge may have been reading my press clippings because he seemed irritated with me and asked me if I thought this was funny.  With him yelling at me (I also forgot to call into court services a few times) it did not seem funny, but it is hard to shake the image a federal court presenting a video of girls squirting milk out of their butts as not being funny.  Because of that I think he will do whatever he can to try and get this thing out of his court room.  In any case one must do what one believes in and I love the sight of milk squirting out of a beautiful girl’s butt…The judge said he would get back to us after he was through dealing with prisoners appeals at Guantanamo Bay, something far more important.  This is not to say that I think any  Federal Court case could not be important, of course the consequences of my case are incredibly important to me, and to the religious right, but that doesn’t mean this still isn’t funny.

So wrong! It’s State control pulling the leash, yet again.

Mind you, this did happen with that idiot conservative Bush admin. maybe with the Obama admin, this type of crap won’t happen.

Good luck, John! Keep making great work!
